Delivery time for most UK orders is 2-3 working days. However, most orders received before 1PM , are shipped the same day via First Class post and reach most customers by the next morning.

- How can I get Free Shipping?
UK customers can get free shipping on all orders worth more than £30. Currently Free Shipping is not available to International customers, however, this may be available soon. - What is your returns policy? What do I do if I am not satisfied with the goods received?
If you are not happy with the goods you have received, we will be happy to take them back and offer you a full refund, without any questions asked. However, all goods must be returned within 14 days of them being received.

- How can I pay for my purchases?
You can pay through Paypal, which is the safest and most popular online payment system with over 86 Million worldwide users. With Paypal you can use most credit and debit cards. Alternatively, UK customers can send us a cheque. However, please note all orders are dispatched only after the cheque has been cleared, which can take up to 4 Business days. We only accept cheques drawn on UK bank accounts.

- How can I find out when you have added new products?
While registering your account at the website, please tick the “Newsletter” option. Whenever we add a range of new products, we E-Mail all our subscribers, to let them know of our latest products, so that they can take advantage of our latest range at the earliest. We also recommend that you bookmark (Add to favourites) this site, so that you remember to check for new designs.

- I cannot login to my account, what should I do?
If you are having trouble logging into your account please try the following.
1. Go to www.fashionobsessed.com
2. Under the Home Page Login Box, click on the "Forgot Password" link, and then when prompted enter your email address.
3. Then you will receive a new password by email. You can use this to login, along with your registered email address.
4. Once this is done, you can change your password from the "General information" option that you see after logging in.
