There are two ways you can use Gift Vouchers received via emails. First Method: There will be a URL in the email. Click on the URL and that will bring you to the FashionObsessed.com site. If you are an existing registered user, just Login to your account and the Gift Voucher amount will be added to your account. If you not an existing registered user, just register on the site, and as soon as your registration is complete you will see the funds added to your account. To use this amount, just add items to your cart as usual and during checkout tick on the “Use Gift Voucher Balance” option. Second Method: Visit Fashionobsessed.com and Login or Register. Add items to your cart, and during checkout, you will see a text field with a Redeem Button. Enter your Gift Voucher code found in the email, in this field and click on redeem. Once you click on redeem, make sure you tick the “Use Gift Voucher Balance” option before checking out.

- I have received a Printed Gift Voucher with a code on it, how do I redeem it?
Visit Fashionobsessed.com and Login or Register. Add items to your cart, and during checkout, you will see a text field with a Redeem Button. Enter your Gift Voucher code found in on the Gift Voucher that you received; and click on redeem. Once you click on redeem, make sure you tick the “Use Gift Voucher Balance” option before checking out.

- I have a Gift Voucher do I still have to pay shipping charges?
Your Gift voucher amount can be used to write off the total order amount, including the product cost and shipping. As an illustration if you have an item of £8 in your basket and the shipping cost is £2 and your Gift Voucher balance is £10, you will not be required to pay any shipping charges. However, in the above scenario if your item cost was £10, and shipping was £2, the total would be £12 and therefore you may be required to pay any excess on your Gift Voucher balance.

- Can I give send my Gift Voucher to a friend?
Yes, you can send your Gift Voucher balance to a friend. Once you have added the Gift Voucher funds to your account, you will see a Link Called “Send Gift Voucher” on the Homepage. Simply click on the link to email your Gift Voucher to someone else.
