Late or Lost Deliveries
If your delivery is late, please contact us and we will give you the recorded delivery number for you to chase with your local post office. In the event of a non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 working days when the Post Office is happy to classify the parcel as lost. Alternatively, we can send a replacement immediately if additional payment is made where upon the original purchase can be refunded after the 15 days has elapsed. This way you are not inconvenienced by being without your delivery. Fashion Obsessed cannot be held responsible for the late/loss of delivery.
We retain the right to refuse dispatch to any destination. In this case the amount paid to us will be immediately refunded.
